Job Description
:Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute premium in-store events and brand activations.
- Oversee all logistics, including vendor coordination and event setup, ensuring flawless execution.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to drive impactful campaigns.
- Develop and manage influencer strategies aligned with client goals.
- Develop and implement PR strategies, including drafting press releases and media pitches.
- Foster strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.
- Design unique campaign ideas and strategies tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative marketing solutions.
- Develop systems and processes to streamline operations within the Events & PR department.
- Mentor team members, ensuring skill development and effective budget management.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring campaigns align with client vision and goals.
- Provide timely updates and reports to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- 3xe2x80x935 years of experience in events, PR, or influencer marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong creative thinking and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a keen eye for design/aesthetics.
