MyWhoosh is looking for an enthusiastic event manager with a "can- do" attitude to assist our


organization in hosting events that enhance our organization's image, improve brand loyalty, and


enhance our brand-to-client experience. The event manager need to have an understanding of e-


sports cycling ecosystem and will be tasked with researching local and global events and own


MyWhoosh' s participation and on-ground excellence on the event


The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb


interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management. The noteworthy Event


Manager should reinforce client-to-business relations, improve the organization's image, and


effectively deliver on objectives.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Work with global and local agencies to plan and implement offline events that amplify our

brand visibility, enhances strategic relations, and improve MyWhoosh organization's


growth through partnerships and events that effectively communicate business strategy


and brand personality.

Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success Prepare budgets and ensure adherence Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers Coordinate all operations Lead promotional activities for the event Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.) Approve all aspects before the day of the event oEnsure event is completed smoothly and

step up to resolve any problems that might occur o Analyze the event's success and


prepare reports
