We are looking for a Dubai based dynamic Events Designer to join our growing team in D3!

Title : Events Designer

Reports to: Vice President - Events and Brands Experience

Office : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, architecture or related
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable, punctual and resourceful
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good time management, organizational and forward planning skills
• Possess a positive attitude and energetic approach to work
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxurious products is a plus

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for creating event designs, drawings, and renderings for events
• Produce complex digital files in scales from concept to finish for assigned events
• Ensure paperwork, digital design files, and renderings are well-organized and maintained
• Designs should be developed to meet the client's requirement and budget and to be delivered within the deadline
• Resolve issues among clients, internal departments, and vendors by interfacing with them
• Coordinate with the team for a creative approach
• Ensure set specifications are well understood; maintain specs for floor plan, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations
• Write complete rendering specifications clearly
• Participate in departmental, planning, and design meetings, as well as in brainstorming sessions
• Ensure project status, delivery information are promptly communicated to internal teams and clients
• Perform review of design elements for effectiveness, and be present in event installations / set up
• To be up-to-date with the latest software, design trends, vendor products, props/design elements, and production techniques
• Perform all necessary documentation; ensure consistency and accuracy
