We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Decoration Manager to lead the design and execution of stunning

event

setups. This role requires a strong ability to translate client visions into reality, manage production teams, and coordinate with venues to ensure seamless event execution.

Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and visually striking event decoration concepts.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

- Oversee the production and fabrication process to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Provide clear design instructions to the creative team based on client needs.

- Coordinate with venue managers to ensure smooth setup and execution.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Proven experience in

event decoration, interior design, or fabrication.

- Strong communication and client management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Salary: 7.000 AED
