Career Fair Details:

DAY: Thursday

DATE: 04 JULY, 2024

TIME: 4 PM ONWARDS

LOCATION: Upon Contact with Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute events, including corporate events, conferences, seminars, and social gatherings
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
• Develop and maintain event timelines and schedules
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
• Handle event promotion and marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials
• Oversee event registration and attendee management
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement
• Maintain event records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
• Creative thinking and ability to innovate event experiences

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
