As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, weddings, private parties, and festivals. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, needs, and budget.
• Develop detailed event proposals and presentations.
• Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses.
• Handle on-site event coordination, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of event regulations and safety protocols.
• Passion for creating memorable event experiences.
