Be responsible for coordinating events which includes liaising with the client, preparing & distributing event orders and following the hotel billing procedure
Conduct site inspections with clients & suppliers
Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations based on the client needs covering food & beverage and hotel accommodation
Build relationships and converting business
Liaise with the Hotel operational teams to ensure exceptional service & successful events are achieved.
Qualifications
College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
