Role Overview

:

As the Events Business Developer, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our business by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies that will drive revenue. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, and overseeing event planning and execution to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry contacts.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored event solutions.

Sales & Negotiation

: Lead negotiations, presentations, and close deals with prospective clients to secure event contracts.

Event Strategy Development

: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized event proposals and strategies that meet client objectives and budget.

Market Analysis

: Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to spot new opportunities and drive business growth.

Event Execution

: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure smooth execution of events and meet client expectations from start to finish.

Reporting & Analytics

: Track and report on sales activities, revenue, and market performance, offering recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in business development and management in the events industry. Strong understanding of event planning and execution processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus. Arabic speaker Preferably female
