Fann is a leading event and exhibition company in Dubai & around the globe. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Events and Exhibition Stands Sales Representative to join our team.

The Job involves the Following Responsibilities:

• Cold calling or telesales and reaching out to clients to encourage them to participate in the events and exhibitions.
• Taking appointments with clients, Meeting Clients, giving presentations, Negotiating and closing deals.
• Preparing daily sales reports on the leads, contacts, and deals in CRM for the management review.
• Following up on potential leads, Research new leads and contacts, and find and approach new potential clients.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy and strategically plans Daily, weekly, or monthly schedule in order to maximize return on investment and meet and exceed performance targets.
• Sells and markets to external markets, which may encompass selling exhibition spaces, corporate events, meetings, trainings, rehearsal dinners, and personal milestone events.

Requirement for the Job:

• This is a target-oriented job, and meeting sales targets is mandatory.
• The event salesperson should have a positive approach. Embrace adversity, be optimistic, raise the sales bar, not default to excuses, actively listen, understand the product, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Approach sales as a service.
• The event salesperson should be articulate, tenacious, persuasive, prepared, meticulous, organized, energetic, and a team player. They serve as the bridge between clients and memorable event experiences, ensuring successful outcomes for both parties.
