to join our team and drive revenue growth by securing high-end clients and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and secure bookings for luxury weddings and corporate events. Identify and build relationships with potential clients, venues, and industry partners. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract closure. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase our event services. Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of booked events. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Represent Liali Events at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences. Maintain a strong CRM database to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an

Event Sales Manager

or in a similar sales role within the events, hospitality, or luxury sector. Strong network and connections within the UAE event and hospitality industry. Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of event planning, venue selection, and luxury event trends. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. A passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
