We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Event Sales and Operational Manager to join our team.

Requirements

- Proficient in Russian language; strong communication skills in English

- Responsible and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Experience with Office tools such as Excel, Word (Bitrix24 and Photoshop is a plus)

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with the event decoration industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Manage the decoration team to ensure quality and timely execution of events

- Manage logistics and deliveries to various event locations

- Maintain strong relationships with customers

- Actively drive sales and develop strategies for business growth

- Plan and coordinate daily operations for seamless workflow

- Handle urgent and challenging issues with poise and effectiveness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

- Competitive salary between 5000-8000 AED

- 6 working days per week, floating day off

- Working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
