You'll not only be responsible for the entire event lifecycle but also for promoting the events by securing sponsors and exhibitors . ### Key Responsibilities





• Conceptualize, plan, and manage the end-to-end process of events, including theme creation, logistics, venue, catering, and entertainment.
• Promote the event by developing sales pitches and proposals to attract sponsors and exhibitors.
• Drive sales of exhibition space and sponsorship packages, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with sponsors and exhibitors, providing excellent support before, during, and after the event.
• Manage event timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and smooth execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure effective event promotion and branding .
• Oversee event setup, on-site execution, and post-event breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure flawless event production.
• Deliver detailed post-event reports , gather feedback from stakeholders, and provide suggestions for improvement.




### Qualifications





• Proven experience as an Event Producer or in a similar role, with strong experience in conceptualizing and executing events .
• Demonstrated ability to secure sponsors and exhibitors, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple aspects of event production and promotion.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of event production processes, sponsorship acquisition , and best practices.
