Event Planner (Web3 & Blockchain)

Job Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution: Develop and execute event strategies in alignment with overall operational goals, including planning, budgeting, target setting, execution, and evaluation, ensuring smooth implementation and achieving expected outcomes. Target Audience & Market Research: Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and demands, ensuring events are engaging and aligned with their interests to enhance participation. Data Analysis & Evaluation: Collect and analyze event-related data, collaborate with user operations to assess effectiveness, optimize decisions during execution, and summarize insights for continuous improvement. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential event risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations while minimizing disruptions. User Acquisition & Retention: Drive new user acquisition and retention strategies through events, ensuring measurable success and accountability for results. Cross-Team & Partner Collaboration: Maintain positive and effective communication with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders, coordinating resources to ensure seamless event execution.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher with 3-5 years of experience in blockchain event operations, event planning, or execution. Proficiency in English is required. Web3 Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and its key audience. DEX & CEX Experience: Proven experience in operating both DEX and CEX platforms, with a track record of successful user acquisition and retention strategies. Content Creation & Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling event-related content; excellent communication and coordination abilities are essential. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in data analysis and logical thinking to evaluate event performance and optimize strategies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
