Responsibilities
• You're the operations person - your role is to ensure everything is orchestrated to perfection: from production, to scheduling and delivery of the entire project (start to finish). You would also be required to bring in suppliers that are suited to our requirements: scenic, security, electrical (you know, the usual stuff!)
• Stay agile and organized, balancing a multitude of tasks while keeping calm under pressure. Looming deadlines? Not a problem; you keep things flowing, maintaining your composure even under pressure.
• Plan, anticipate, and prep for every requirement--managing vendor relationships, coordinating across teams, and making sure the vision comes to life exactly as planned.
• Develop and adhere to realistic timelines, ensuring the entire project comes together smoothly and efficiently
• Be the driving force that keeps the internal team motivated and keeps client and vendor communications smooth, clear, and--of course--awesome.
Requirements
• Experience in Event Operations role - if it's large scale, event better!
• Excellent leadership skills--capable of managing both internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Auto-Cad capabilities are a MAJOR plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual alignment; you make sure what happens on-site aligns with the plan.
• Excellent communication skills; you can work seamlessly vendors, and partners to bring everything together.
• Proficiency in English is preferred, with additional languages adding extra sparkle in our regional operations.
