The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and execution, with a proven track record of managing large-scale events from conception to completion. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate functions, exhibitions, conferences, and social events.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all logistics are in place for successful event delivery.
  • Oversee on-site event management, including setup, execution, and post-event breakdown.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all phases of event planning and execution.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement feedback for future events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table.
RequirementsTo be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in event management, preferably within the UAE.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale events with a portfolio of successful events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality events.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
