Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented and highly organized Event Manager to join us.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events for our clients. From corporate conferences to private parties, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage events from concept to execution, ensuring that all event details are covered, from logistics to vendor management.

- Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

- Select and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers.

- Handle contracts, permits, and event insurance.

- Manage event staff and volunteers.

- Oversee event setup and breakdown.

- Ensure that events run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick solutions.

- Post-event evaluations, including feedback and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in event management or a related role.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of event planning software and tools.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
