Magnum Security, established in 2003, offers security services across various industries in Dubai. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Event Manager to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of security for events and executive protection services. The successful candidate will work from our head office and be responsible for ensuring that all security measures align with our clients' needs and the highest industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee security operations for various events, ensuring the safety and security of all attendees, clients, and staff.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to establish comprehensive security plans tailored to each event's specific requirements.
• Implement proactive measures for incident response and emergency management during events in the UAE.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on security measures and event status.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets and forecasts for security operations related to events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event security management.
• Proven experience in managing security for large-scale events, including sporting events, concerts, and corporate gatherings.
• Experience in operational leadership within a corporate environment, preferably in a large organization.
• Background in military or law enforcement is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of security regulations, including SIRA and PSCOD standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, employees, and external partners.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as required, especially during peak event periods.
• Valid UAE driver's license is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
