Event Sales Manager - Like Bricks (Children's Play Area)

About Us:
Like Bricks is a vibrant, family-focused play area in Dubai, dedicated to creating magical moments for children and their families. We specialize in children's events--birthdays, themed celebrations, and custom parties. We're looking for a proactive and driven Event Sales Manager to bring our event offerings to new heights by boosting bookings and revenue.

Role Overview:
As the Event Sales Manager, you'll focus on driving sales of our event packages, coordinating event setup, and ensuring a seamless experience for each client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working closely with customers, and can handle the details of event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell event packages, maximizing bookings and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Provide outstanding customer service, converting inquiries into bookings on WhatsApp, in person, and over the phone.
• Coordinate the setup of each event with the event attendant, ensuring all details meet Like Bricks' standards.
• Order necessary items and supplies for events, managing budgets in coordination with operations.
• Oversee the event calendar, avoiding conflicts and maximizing booking potential.
• Work toward monthly sales targets, with additional incentives for meeting or exceeding goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within events, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to work on weekends, with a scheduled day off on Monday or Tuesday.

• Monthly salary of 4,000 - 6,000 AED, plus additional incentives for meeting monthly event sales targets.
