Responsibilities:Facilitation and Public SpeakingLead and facilitate team-building activities and challenges as per the event schedule.Create an energetic and inclusive environment for participants, ensuring a memorable experience.Provide clear instructions and guidance during events to maintain smooth execution.Event PlanningDevelop comprehensive task lists to ensure successful event planning from start to finish.Create, manage, and oversee tasks, budgets, and timelines for each event project. Project Management and CoordinationExecute event plans effectively, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.Manage task allocation and ensure timely execution as per the event plan.Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders on tasks like documentation, permissions, design, collateral, venue setup, props, staff recruitment/training, and logistics.Oversee quality control, staff training, and adherence to timelines.Manage event budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Analyze event outcomes, identify key learnings, and prepare closeout reports for clients when required. Client LiaisingCommunicate regularly with clients on updates, deliverables, requirements, and queries. Vendor and Partner RelationsIdentify and build strong relationships with key vendors and partners to enhance event quality.Process ImprovementContinuously improve internal systems and processes to optimize time and quality management.Conceptualization Assist in or lead the creation, design, testing, and launch of new concepts.Research and design innovative team-building activities to keep offerings fresh and engaging.Required Skills:3 xe2x80x93 5 years of proven experience with event coordination, facilitation, or corporate training.Strong background in leading interactive team-building sessions and workshops.Demonstrated ability to engage and captivate audiences in a professional and inspiring manner. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fluent in polished and professional English.Approachable and personable, able to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.Passion for learning and adapting, with a commitment to continuous improvement.Open to feedback and dedicated to refining skills and processes for better outcomes.
