Event Decorator
Job Description
Hospitality company in Riyadh is looking for event decorator to design and create visually appealing decor and settings for various types of events, such as weddings, parties, corporate functions, and other special occasions. He/She need to develop detailed event decor plans, including layouts, color schemes, floral arrangements, table settings, lighting, and other visual elements. Oversee the setup and installation of the event decor, ensuring everything is executed according to the plans and within the allotted time frame. Make adjustments and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event setup. Dismantle and remove the event decor at the end of the event, ensuring the venue is left in the original condition. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in event decoration and design. Maintain a portfolio of past event designs and work closely with the event planning team to enhance the overall event experience. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and the event planning team. Experience in event decoration or a related field, such as interior design, floral design, or event planning. Ability to lift and move heavy furniture, decor, and equipment as needed.
