Job Description

Event Coordinator :Plan, organize, and execute events, conferences, and meetings.Coordinate logistics, venues, catering, and supplies.Develop event budgets and timelines.Communicate with vendors, speakers, and attendees.Manage event registration and ticket sales.Create event marketing materials and promotional plans.Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports.Collaborate with internal teams to achieve event goals.Job Requirements:Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field.2+ years of event planning experience.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Familiarity with event management software.Job Category: OperationsJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Dubai
