Event Coordinator

to plan, manage, and execute seamless events. The ideal candidate will oversee event logistics, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure a flawless experience from concept to execution. This role involves handling both

event management

and

video production coordination

, making it a dynamic and exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, weddings, and special occasions. Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, and permits. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution. Oversee event budgets, timelines, and contracts. Work closely with the video production team to ensure media coverage aligns with event needs. Handle on-site event management, troubleshooting any last-minute issues. Develop event concepts and themes to enhance attendee experience. Ensure all events meet brand standards and client expectations. Maintain relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers for future collaborations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

event coordination or event management

. Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills. Ability to

work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes

. Excellent

communication and client management skills

. Experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts. Knowledge of

video production workflows

is a plus but not mandatory. Creativity and problem-solving mindset to deliver unique and memorable events.
