Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Venus Events. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure and has exceptional communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client requirements, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements, and ensuring all needs are met.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with new and returning clients, ensuring clear communication regarding event details and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and the warehouse to place and track orders for each event.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients to ensure all aspects of their event are managed to perfection.
• Attend and oversee events to ensure everything runs smoothly and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
• Manage event timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and all preparations are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available to work flexible hours, with the expectation of working from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• No weekends off; however, leave can be taken on weekdays between Monday to Thursday.
