KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS AND ACTIVITIES Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion, including Royal parties, corporate functions, weddings, and private parties.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Catering Services Management:
- Oversee the catering services for events, ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and customize menus according to client specifications.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and consultations with clients to discuss event details and logistics.
Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, such as florists, decorators, and entertainment, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Initiate and manage vendor registration processes.
Event Logistics:
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, equipment rental, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure all event setups comply with safety and health regulations.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget.
- Provide clients with accurate cost estimates and final billing.
- Prepare quotations for various event services and components.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in marketing and promoting event and catering services to attract new clients.
- Participate in networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on event outcomes and financial performance for management review.

Managing multiple events simultaneously while ensuring high standards of service.
Addressing last-minute changes or issues that arise during event planning and execution.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event planning and catering coordination.

Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of food and beverage services and catering operations.
