About the JobResponsible for researching and identifying organizations or businesses that align with ADNOC Distribution goals and objectives for forming strategic alliances. Identify potential partners, analyze market trends, negotiate agreements, coordinate with internal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.Represent the company at industry events and prepare partnership reports and presentations.Key AccountabilitiesResearch and Analysis
  • Research and identify potential strategic partners in the EVCI and H2 sectors, such as charging station operators, energy providers, vehicle manufacturers, fleet operators, etc.
  • Analyze the market trends, opportunities, and challenges in the EVCI and H2 sectors and develop a partnership strategy and pipeline.
Partnership Development
  • Reach out to prospective partners and initiate discussions on possible collaboration models and value propositions.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and terms with the support of the legal team and ensure compliance with the company policies and regulations.
Partnership Management
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align the partnership activities with the business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the existing and new partners and provide them with support, feedback, and solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the partnerships and identify areas for improvement and expansion.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of the partnerships and report any issues or risks to the senior management.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and boundaries for each partner or alliance, and communicate them clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners or alliances and foster a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and training with partners or alliances to exchange information, share best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of the partnerships or alliances against the agreed\xc2\xad upon objectives, indicators, and milestones.
Representation and Reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings and promote the brand and the partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare and present partnership reports, proposals, and presentations to the management and the partners.
Compliance
  • Ensure that the partnerships adhere to the relevant legal, ethical, and environmental standards and best practices
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master\'s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales in the EVCI and H2 sectors, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the EVCI and H2 market trends, opportunities, and challenges is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.
