Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation of cold dishes.
Prepare, plate, and present cold food items that reflect high standards of culinary artistry.
Ensure the Cold Kitchen operates efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Oversee the preparation of garnishes, salads, and appetizers with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and create new cold dish concepts.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a creative and supportive work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Cold Kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cold kitchen or similar culinary environment.
Strong background in preparing cold dishes, salads, and seafood.
Excellent presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
A passion for culinary arts and creating exquisite dining experiences.
Must be Currently available in UAE
Can attend 1-day trial in Abu Dhabi

Benefits:The salary is 15,000 - 20,000, plus UAE standard benefits.
