: IT SERVICES TO SUPPORT - Support Technician: Support Technician to be provided dedicated onsite. The Support Technician is required to work within DXCs current IT Support model and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for IT & Audio-Visual Support. The standard tasks are as follows but not limited to:
Incident, Request Management - Issue tracking with ServiceNow
Conferencing support (Polycom Video Conferencing system and WebEx Meeting/Support).
Support and installation of Desktop and Laptops (PC and MAC) - Install, Move, Add, Change
Level 1 support on printing solutions that includes toner management, break and fix level 1, escalation to DXC for intervention
iPhone, Smartphones and all other INSEAD IT Peripherals and devices onsite.
IP Telephony support
LAN support
Seminar support to Client Faculty and Participants.
Any other ad-hoc duties requested by Client's OSS Technician or Global IT Support Manager.
