Building long lasting relationships with customers such as surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
Developing perfect Product knowledge around device handling, procedural use, and troubleshooting.
Providing input for the development of products and anticipating a customer need/solution approach.
Implementing and tracking country marketing objectives to achieve maximum sales and profit.
Achieving company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives.
Coaching and mentoring subordinates and appraises subordinate performance.
Communicating and tracking short- and long-range sales and marketing plans.
Managing the month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications A successful candidate will need to have/be:
5+ years industry sales experience, preferably in Medical Devices companies.
0-2 years of people management experience is a big plus.
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill
Strong leadership ability
Proficient in English (Arabic is beneficial)
