Job Description

1.Maintaining and preparing preventive maintenance schedules and Daily check lists.
2. PMs Schedule Promulgation & Work permits issuing including Weekly basis as Per 52 week PPM Chart.
3. Handling AMC Vendor, Project work planning.
4. Co-ordination with projects team to Commission and installation of new equipment’s like transformers, electrical panels, cable laying and termination work, etc.,
5. Handling and maintaining critical spares and stock Managements.
6. Operation and maintenance of 110KV / 11KV, 20 MVA Outdoor oil type Transformer & Control Panels.
7. Operation & Maintenance of SF6, ACB, VCB Circuit breakers.
8. Operation & Maintenance of LAS,CT,PT and protective Relays,
9. Operation and Maintenance of 11KV/433V Dry type Transformers.
10. Operation and maintenance of HT & LT MISTUBUSHI DG sets up to 2000KVA.
11. Operation and Maintenance of Diesel yard System with capacity of 50KL & 20KL sump.
12. Operation and maintenance of HT and LT panels.
13. Operation and maintenance of Auto Main Failure panels.
14. Operation and Maintenance of HT water cooled Centrifugal type Chillers.
15. Operation and Maintenance of chemical dosing system in cooling tower & Chilled water line.
16. Operation and maintenance of Air Handling Unit (40TR, 48TR, 50TR, 64TR).
17. Operation and Maintenance of WTP and STP plants.
18. Operation and Maintenance of Softener plants for chillers.
19. Operation and maintenance of common area equipment’s like street lights, garden lights, Gardening, Rest room, Lift lobbies, Car parkings, etc
20. Operation and Maintenance of firefighting system and Fire alarm systems.
