Position SummarySamsung MENA HQ is currently operating a regional eStore for selected MENA markets. The RHQ Online team serves as the centre of excellence for enhancing Samsung MENAs leadership position in eCommerce by maximizing customer experience, brand presence and sales growth across online channels. We are searching for an eStore Manager who is experienced in direct-to-consumer eCommerce platforms and will be responsible for driving the eStore sales performance across divisions for B2B customers. Further the B2B eStore Manager will support with platform enhancements as well as sellout enablers and support the eStore Lead with strategy and business development.Role and Responsibilities
Work with the Online Business Team and regional eStore Lead to develop the eStore strategy focussing on B2B & B2G sales growth, aligning local subsidiaries sales plans and operations to meet deadlines and schedules
Support with launching new eStore programs and sellout functionalities: cascade strategy to local subsidiaries to maximise sales growth of eStore
Optimize B2B performance on the eStores, collaborating across Key Account Management, Sales, Site Merchandising, Product Marketing and technical teams
Educate and share eCommerce best practices and work closely with cross-functional teams to roll out eCommerce initiatives
Support subsidiaries with promotion and sales planning and drive regional events across all markets
Manage eCommerce KPIs for traffic, sales, acquisition and customer interaction on the eStore
Compiling weekly & monthly reports - feeding back to the senior management team and advising on strategy
Support in developing eStore platform and feature enhancements along with key stakeholders from different regions (including but not limited to payment methods, customer journey improvements, sellout enablers)
Support local markets with building infrastructure and framework to drive B2B sales on eStore
Ensure that all local sites meet Samsung standards in terms of UX, packaging, logistics, customer care, etc.
Being an effective, assertive and professional member of the project delivery team by developing consensus across different stakeholders internal and external
Answering and prioritizing business requests while leading on a series of initiatives aiming at ensuring that the eStores are always up0to0date and perform at their best
Manage selected MENA markets and their respective product categories to deliver company vision and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction and loyalty goals are met
Maintain up-to-date business, operations, and performance dashboards to provide in-depth visibility and understanding of the online channels current and future needs and translate them into sales opportunities
Working closely with MENA markets, online, marketing and product teams to develop the D2C strategy for improving existing setups and launching new eCommerce programs and sellout functionalities
Develop strategy for new product launches in collaboration with product, marketing and advertising teams
Build sustainable product and pricing strategies to drive full product portfolio across all categories
Plan and manage promotional calendar, to build and execute cross divisional campaigns to maximize sellout
Track and manage sell-in, sellout, WOS, OOS, ageing inventory, and provide necessary analysis and drive markets with action plans to achieve targets
Track and monitor key performance indicators to identify gaps then set and deliver action plans with markets key stakeholders and follow through with execution recommendations to positively impact sales performance
Collaborate closely with content team to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates and ensure brand guidelines and standards are met across the different channels
Manage HQ counterparts and attain and deliver best practices improving MENA markets execution
Drive actionable insights (through web analytics and competitive landscape benchmarking) to improve user experience and platform capabilities
Manage eCommerce KPIs for traffic, sales, acquisition and customer interaction
Skills and Qualifications
At least 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience within a fast growing eCommerce environment
Strong understanding of B2B sales business cycle with proven track record handling top corporate accounts or B2G accounts.
Ability in planning, managing, executing and tracking of eStore sales enhancement projects
Proven experience in eCommerce sales and project management, with deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience
Bachelor/Master degree in Business/ IT or a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce
Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Must be system oriented as well as computer literate and Advanced user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of working with eCommerce systems, payment gateways, ticketing tools
Fluent in English, Arabic/French is a Plus
