We design, manufacture, and supply premium waste management systems, street furniture elements, architectural design elements, play systems, nord automated waste collection system.

We are a 25-year-old firm with up to 100 employees. We are a true pioneer in the GCC industry as everything we offer is designed and manufactured in our inhouse local manufacturing unit. We provide bespoke end to end outdoor solutions to leading institutional clients developing mega real estate projects in UAE and KSA, such as urban area developments, malls, municipalities and large companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end estimation process, from receiving service requests to delivering accurate estimates.
• Review project documents, plans, and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope, requirements, and constraints.
• Quantify the materials and resources, calculate the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services required for the project.
• Suggest cost-effective alternatives without compromising the project's quality or functionality, helping the team make informed decisions that optimize the project's value.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of the estimating process, including assumptions, methodologies, sources of information, and calculations.
• Prepare quotation based on estimated prices and specifications. Manage and organize the system's data while also ensuring its completeness.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with customer service representatives to gather necessary information for accurate estimation.
• Continually update the team lead on your tasks and implement their recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between estimated timelines, resource allocation, and service delivery expectations.
• Address inquiries and provide clarification on estimation methodologies, cost breakdowns, and resource allocation decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends related to customer service estimation.
• Research current market prices, considering historical data, and using cost databases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology tools and systems for streamlining the estimation process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 6 years of experience in estimation within the steel industry.
• Proven experience working within the production department.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in analyzing complex data and deriving meaningful insights.
• In-depth knowledge of estimation methodologies and cost analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and dependable estimates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
