Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience as an Estimator in the fit-out, construction, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and methods.
• Experience with estimating software and tools (e.g., Excel, Estimation Software, Procore, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the fit-out industry, including materials, labor costs, and subcontracting.
