Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end estimation process, from receiving service requests to delivering accurate estimates.

Review project documents, plans, and specifications to comprehensively understand the scope, requirements, and constraints.

Quantify the materials and resources, and calculate the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services required for the project.

Suggest cost-effective alternatives without compromising the project's quality or functionality, helping the team make informed decisions that optimize the project's value.

Maintain accurate and well-organized records of the estimating process, including assumptions, methodologies, sources of information, and calculations.

Prepare quotations based on estimated prices and specifications. Manage and organize the system's data while also ensuring its completeness.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

1-2 years of experience in estimation within the steel or Shade industry.

Proven experience working within the production department.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in analysing complex data and deriving meaningful insights.

In-depth knowledge of estimation methodologies and cost analysis techniques.

Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Estimator: 1 year (Preferred)
