We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator who will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive quotations for full fitout and joinery projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the interior design fitout and joinery industry, possess excellent analytical skills, and be adept at managing project costs efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Analysis: Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand the scope and requirements of fitout and joinery projects.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate favourable terms.
- Budget Management: Work closely with project managers to ensure that estimates align with budgetary constraints and project goals.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate records of estimates, including documentation of assumptions and methodologies used in the estimation process.
- Tender Submissions: Prepare and submit tender proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and market conditions to provide informed estimates.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the interior design fitout and joinery industry.
- Strong understanding of construction and joinery materials, methods, and processes.
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating for interior design fitout and joinery projects.
- Estimating for FITOUT & JOINERY: 3 years (Required)
- Sharjah (Preferred)
- Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
