- Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator

• Taking off Quantities and BOQ preparation in Civil, & Building projects according to Standard Method of Measurements
• Analyzing and reporting the project budget and implementing and following cost control procedures
• Reviewing and evaluating the tenders, preparing analysis reports, and assisting for Post tender clarifications
• Certification of Interim valuations
• Drafting, negotiating and finalizing subcontract agreement
• Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients while addressing commercial exposures
• Developing commercial awareness of the site
• Preparation of Payment Application and Evaluation of sub-contractor payment application
• Drafting and preparation of tender documents addressing project requirements
• Conduct site visit and when required to take measurements and monitor progress
• Coordinating to the Supplier/Sub-contractors for any required quotation/inquiry

REQUIREMENTS :

• Experienced (More than 3 years of relevant UAE experience) Quantity surveyor in Interior joinery, fit out and maintenance projects
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• AutoCAD & Plan swift quantity takeoff experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Multi-tasking, self motivated, energetic candidate with a flexible and adaptable approach to work; work well under pressure
• G+1 / G+4 DM license is an advantage
• Punctual & Reliable

• Salary Package 5000 - 6000 AED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
