Budget: 6k to 8k AED / monthly

Department: Exhibtions and Interior Fitout
Hiring: URGENT only
Requirement
Engineering degree
3 years experience in either interior fitout or exhibitions
Can take measurements on site
Experienced in luxury villa interior fitout
Experienced in landscaping and pools
Overview
The Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of interior fit-out and landscaping projects. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and analyzing project specifications to determine the necessary quantities of materials, labor, and equipment. The QS will work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions and accurate project budgets. They will oversee tender documentation, perform cost control throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure compliance with financial targets, quality standards, and timelines. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
