Job Title: Estimator - Pre and Post Contract (Interior Fit-Out)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator with expertise in interior fit-outs to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis for both pre- and post-contract phases. You will work closely with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and provide accurate pricing for all stages of interior fit-out projects.
Responsibilities:
• Pre-Contract: Analyze project specifications, conduct cost estimates, and prepare bids and tender documents.
• Post-Contract: Track project costs, review contractor invoices, and manage financial records.
• Cost Management: Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and manage budgets effectively.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and suggest cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Estimator in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
