We are seeking a Joinery/Fit-Out Estimator with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and expertise in using ERP systems to manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize ERP systems for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary project information.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying , Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as an estimator in the joinery/fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
