Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Fit out Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing detailed and budget estimates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quantity surveying/engineering/architecture with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates. Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to gather relevant pricing and project requirements. Analyze design options and provide cost-effective solutions. Track project costs and provide regular updates. Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects including labor, materials, and other associated costs Maintain an up-to-date database of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in fit-out estimation (preferably in interior design or construction). Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and pricing. Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
