Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Quantity take off \xc2\xb7 Estimation and BOQ preparation \xc2\xb7 Preparing documents for tender submission \xc2\xb7 Preparing documents for inquires to subcontractors \xc2\xb7 Material inquiry \xc2\xb7 Specifications and price comparison \xc2\xb7 BOQ price and scope of works verification \xc2\xb7 Preparation, negotiation and follow up on variations \xc2\xb7 Software capabilities AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera and others as needed REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor\'s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Great networking abilities
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
