Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings. Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for fit-out and joinery projects. Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications. Analyze tender submissions and select suitable subcontractors. Manage the procurement process for materials and subcontract packages. Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports. Manage variations and claims. Prepare interim valuations and final accounts. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the fit-out and joinery industry. Proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, estimating software).
