Estimator Fitout
Job Description
• Must have specialized experience as Estimator / QS in interior fit-out & joinery works.
• Prepare BOQ, estimates, quotations.
• Review the tender documents/drawings, scope of work, terms and conditions of contract and technical and material specifications of items
• Analyse the tender drawings, material specs, 3D visuals and extracting into BOQ if BOQ not available
• Floating inquiries to suppliers and subcontractor and getting quote with best prices
• Preparation of comparison sheet for quotations received from subcontractors to review the price
• Cost estimation for all fit-out & joinery items
• Expected to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
Experience:
• interior fitout & joinery: 6 years (Required)
