Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Estimator

specializing in

Fit-Out, Civil, and Renovation

projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cost estimation, project pricing, and tender preparation for construction and interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out, civil, and renovation projects. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and time requirements. Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for pricing. Prepare tender documents and proposals in coordination with the management team. Monitor market trends and update cost databases regularly. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective execution. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-5 years

of experience in

fit-out, civil, or renovation estimation

. Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and market rates. Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings.
