Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our design studio. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for design projects, analyzing materials, labor, and time requirements, and ensuring that project budgets align with client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost estimation, a strong understanding of design and construction processes, and the ability to collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors.


Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for design projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses. Work closely with designers, project managers, and vendors to gather cost data and ensure accuracy. Analyze blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to determine costs. Research and source materials, obtaining quotes from suppliers to ensure cost efficiency. Create and maintain a cost database for various materials and services. Develop budgets and financial projections for projects. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining estimated costs and project feasibility. Track project costs and provide updates to ensure adherence to budgets. Assist in contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers. * Stay updated with market trends, material costs, and industry best practices.
