Looking for a Estimator for our Production House.

Location: DUBAI INVESTMENT PARK 1

Looking for people who have minimum 1year of experience in doing estimation for Retails stores, showrooms, fit outs (Mandatory).

Looking for candidates form the RETAIL PRODUCTION INDUSTRY ( will be considered)

Roles:

Research for cost effective and durable materials.

Accurately estimate costs for interior fit-out projects, retail stores, showrooms, fit-out projects

Calculating the quantities of materials needed for the project, such as wood, hardware, and finishing materials.

Calculating the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and overhead in order to generate realistic project cost estimates.

Track and maintain progress reports for each project, ensuring transparency in output and expenditures.

Resolved client concerns in collaboration with the sales and production team.

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.

Ensuring that project estimates align with budget constraints and making adjustments as necessary
