We're Hiring: Estimator (Construction Industry - UAE Experience Required)

Are you a skilled Estimator with 3-4 years of experience in the UAE construction industry? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for obtaining tenders, obtaining of material costs, calculation of tenders taking into consideration project management and overheads.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering labor, materials, and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to determine the best project strategies.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to provide comprehensive bids.
• Monitor ongoing project costs and adjust estimates as needed.

Requirements :

• 3-4 years of experience as an Estimator in the UAE construction industry .
• Strong knowledge of local construction standards, materials, and pricing.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree
• with Valid UAE Driving License
• English speaking is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
