Job Description

A well-established Furniture Manufacturing company is looking for UAE Experienced Quantity Surveyor having following qualifications and job knowledge:

Diploma / Degree in civil engineering or any relevant subject

Minimum 3 - 4 year's UAE experience is a must

Good knowledge in MS Office, FIDIC and related documentation.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

- Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre tender and post contract matters

Post contract liaison with clients

Post contract liaison with design team

Carry out take offs for material procurement

Preparation and submission of interim valuations

measure and value the work done on site

Manage and value variations

Preparation and submission of several works final account

Agreement of final accounts

Maintains quality service by following organization policies and standards.

Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Reports updating

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Any other related tasks not limited to the above-mentioned duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
