JOB DESCRIPTION

_ 1.Project Evaluation: _

• Review and analyze project specifications, including client requirements, design drawings, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with the digital department, manufactures & technical department to determine the process, installation methodology, and site conditions.

_ 2.Cost Analysis: _

• Research and obtain pricing information for hardware, labor, and other project-related costs.
• Evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of different materials and production methods.
• Knowledge about LED screens, LCD screens, media players, digital totems, projectors, softwares & controllers.

•3. Estimation Preparation: •

• Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Break down project costs into components such as materials, labor, equipment, permits, and overhead.

•4. Collaboration: •

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications and requirements.

•5. Proposal Development: •

• Prepare clear and comprehensive proposals based on the cost estimates.
• Present estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any inquiries and modifications as needed.

•6. Budget Management: •

• Assist in establishing project budgets and ensure that estimates align with financial objectives.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

_ 7. Documentation: _

• Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and relevant project documentation.
• Ensure that all estimates and proposals comply with company policies and standards.

•8. Continuous Improvement: •

• Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and market conditions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
