Job Description

Plan Analysis and Cost Estimation:
Analyse plans, bills of quantities, and other project documentation to estimate construction costs.
Identify labor, material, and time requirements by thoroughly researching proposals, blueprints, and related documents.
Prepare detailed cost estimate reports to support decision-making.
Supplier and Subcontractor Management:
Collect quotes from various subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Utilize negotiation skills to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
Data Analysis and Risk Assessment:
Use financial and project management principles to analyze data affecting project costs.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential cost implications.
Project Oversight and Compliance:
Monitor budgets and expenses using specialized software packages.
Ensure expenses align with forecasted plans during different project stages.
Stay up-to-date with the latest construction technologies, regulatory requirements, and legislative changes.
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with key members of the project team, including the bid manager, clients, and suppliers.
Present complex and detailed cost estimation reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
