Job Description
Hiring Urgently for a Estimator cum QS Engineer for an Aluminium Company in Abu Dhabi.
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a Related Stream.
2. Minimum 3+ years' experience in UAE and available in UAE.
3. Ability to Join Immediately (Mandatory)
4. Being Well-Versed in Aluminium Facade Industry is an added advantage.
1.Cost Estimation and Analysis: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate costs for aluminium construction projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
2. Project Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate closely with project managers to develop comprehensive budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
3. Quantity Take-offs and Procurement: Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and liaise with suppliers to procure high-quality aluminium materials at competitive prices.
4. Contract Management: Assist in the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
5. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate cost overruns and delays.
6. Other Related QS and Estimation Responsibilities
